I learned it the hard way. Now I train women to that standard and match them with founders who'll value them.

How does the matching work?
We get to know how you work on a call, then shortlist trained PAs whose personality profiles fit yours.
Is there a monthly retainer?
No. It's a one off placement fee of £3,000, and that's it.
Do I need to know what to delegate?
No. Most founders don't until we walk through a real week together.
What is Bespoke Moulding?
An optional £1,500 add on to your placement. We train your new PA on your business, your SOPs and your tools before she starts.
